This service includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff, obtaining legal documents, the initial call, sanitary care and, temporary shelter of the remains, refrigeration, transportation to the crematory in an alternative container made of fiberboard with a wood base and from the crematory in a temporary container and, the crematory fee.

It does not include embalming, other preparation of the remains, viewing or visitation, services of the staff and equipment, use of facilities for services and/or automotive equipment (except as specifically set forth above), a casket / urn, or other cash-advance items such as death certificates, or newspaper obituary.
