My family and i were looking through the newspaper and noticed that you lost a loved one. Knowing that this is a sad period of time,we felt the need to share some comforting scriptures with you.The death of a loved one can cause a deep sense of loss. Many want to know why we die, where are the dead,or will we ever see our dead loved ones again? The Bible gives a very comforting promise.John5:28,29 assures us"that the hour is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." Please, take a moment to think about that.Would you agree that, that will be a time of great joy?We are a group of volunteers sharing in a work being done in over 235 lands. I engage in this work because i am genuinely interested in my neighbors. It is my hope that someday soon i will be able to talk to you personally. Please feel free to contact me at ayana.sunshine81@yahoo.com

Knowing Uncle Leslie was like watching the definition of LOVE in action. For most of my life, he was the only stable male figure we knew. When Uncle Leslie came around, it seemed like Christmas morning. He was always full of life and excitement about what the day might bring. He had a way of making you feel special without ever saying a word. A light followed him around that was honed in on his magnificent heart. I will dearly miss him and that special kind of love only he could provide.

I remember when my parents were getting divorced, Liz and Les gave me some where to get away from the pain. They made me feel like family and when they moved away it felt as if my family had left too. Thank you Les for all the laughs when life hurt so much. Thank you Liz for the hugs and tolerance. Thank you Jessica and Tammy for being the sisters I never had. I love you all!

What a great man! He was so full of love and life and so generous to others with both. I am so sorry to hear of his passing because I know how deeply he will be missed...especially by his beautiful wife and daughters. I count myself blessed to have known him and I know that I will see him again someday. All my love to Les and his girls!
