Eva Angelina Olivas
March 22, 1941 – July 5, 2010

Angie passed away into the loving hands of God and joined her husband Jesse of 43 years on July 5, 2010. She is also preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Margarita Razo, two brothers Rudy and Valde Razo, and one sister Mary Roman. She is survived by her son Jesse Olivas III and her daughter Amanda Chapa and husband Thomas; five grandchildren, David Lakeman Jr, Danielle Olivas, Andrea Chapa, Brittany Olivas, and Jonathan Chapa; sister Yolanda Ordaz and husband Roy; brother Richard Razo and wife Ramona; niece/daughter Rosemary Lozano; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Angie was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Her five grandchildren were the pride of her life. She would spoil all of them as much as she could. She was a very giving person and her home and heart was opened to all. Angie was fortunate to have many wonderful friends throughout her life. Her smile, her laugh and her company will be missed by all who knew her.
A Visitation will be held Thursday, July 8, 2010 from 5 - 8 PM with a Rosary at 7 PM at Cypress-Fairbanks Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 9, 2010 at 10 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 4918 Cochran, Houston, TX 77009. An interment to follow at Forest Park Lawndale.
