Rosie,
You have been my very best friend since I was 18 years old. Even when miles separated us, our friendship always remained strong and true. I am still in shock over your leaving us, and I don't know how this could happen to such an amazing woman. We have been through thick and thin together, and like you would always say, "We're Thelma and Louise, together forever until the end!" My heart is broken beyond words, but I know you knew how much I love you and cared. You meant the world to me and I love you with all my heart. You were, and always will be my forever friend. I will not say goodbye to you, as goodbye sounds too permanent. I will just say, "See ya later", for we will be together again one day. I love you Rosie and I will miss you more than you could ever know.
Your Forever Friend,
Lou Lou

My Dear Godmother, Rosie:
Our hearts are in a million pieces as we attempt to deal with the reality of losing you. I woke up this morning hoping this was all a bad dream. Explaining to your grandbaby, Makenzie, was the hardest part and she is truly devastated. Know that you will be so deeply missed, and your family in Bryan has been left with a hole in their hearts that can never be mended. I love you so much Rosie. I'll never forget the love we shared and the memories we made together. You are so very special to me and I will always cherish the time we had together. Thank you for being a part of my life and a part of my children's lives. That in itself is a true blessing.
Love you always and forever.
Your Goddaughter,
Michelle

Didn't have to work with Rosie every day to know she had a big heart and a helpful hand whenever she was needed for anything. Don't think anyone knew how much she brought to NCI until she was unable to contribute as much as she would have liked. She was a wonderful part of the NCI family!
May we all strive to cherish every day, give a hug to your friends, count our blessings and our trials and remember that although we may not always understand God's plan, He was ready for His Angel to join him. You'll be missed, Rosie!
Praying for peace for Debra, friends and family as you grieve the loss of such a special friend!

Rosie, a true friend, one you could not see for months and pick up like it was only yesterday. She was a blessing as a friend and coworker. When I started work with her at the Northwinds Plant she was the first to help with training and knowledge of the job. She loved her work and customers, always striving to serve them to the best of her ability - which was vast. She will be missed by all. Rest in peace my dear friend. See you on the other side!
Love ya

I had the pleasure of working with Rosie for a short period of time when she came to Jackson, MS to train employees when the company was known as NCI Building Systems owned and operated by the late Mr. Johnie Schulte. Rosie was a very caring and loving lady always eager to help in any way she could. She will be deeply missed. My prayers are with the family in their time of need. May God give you strength.

Although I never had the opportunity of meeting Rosie face to face, she was such a blessing to me. Sorry for your loss.
