Tribute

Diane Doris Wroblewski received her heavenly healing on April 14, 2024, at the age of 71. Diane was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was deeply loved and will be truly missed.

Diane was born on May 22, 1952 in Fall River, MA. She grew up in Corpus Christi, TX and her family relocated to Deer Park, TX in 1965. She attended Deer Park High School where she was a member of the band and basketball team. Diane worked in retail management and accounting and owned two different businesses. She retired after working for over 10 years as an Office Manager for Dr. Charles Fontanier, a job that brought her great joy and fulfillment.

She met her loving husband in 1984 while attending Berean Baptist Church and after a lengthy courtship, they were married in 1988. From that day forward, you rarely saw one without the other. They were best friends and completely devoted to one another. They were the perfect example of what a Godly marriage should look like. Together, they were heavily involved in their church, Berean Baptist, and served in many ministries throughout the years.

Diane loved nothing more than serving and spending time with her friends and family. She loved being surrounded by her children and grandchildren every chance she got. Her favorite family vacation spots were the Kemah Boardwalk and San Antonio and she liked to peruse the shops in Tomball and Old Town Spring. She also enjoyed playing cards, board games, word search puzzles and hidden object games.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Beatrice Dumont, Sr., her second mother, Edith Dumont and her loving husband, Thomas Wroblewski.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion in her daughters, Donna Rainwater and Kimberly Wroblewski, her grandchildren, Heather Pratt (husband David), Danielle Rainwater and Tommy Wroblewski, her great-grandson James Pratt, her brothers and sisters, Frank Dumont, Jr. (wife Carol), Curt Mahaffey (wife Sandy), Cindy Hynek (husband Tom), Jenny Henson (husband David), Jill Grissom, many in-laws, nieces and nephews and her best friend Juanice Goldsby. Her sweet dog Daisey, who still waits for her return, will miss her dearly as well.

Diane was an incredibly strong, loving and sweet woman of immense faith. Her memories will continue to live on in our hearts forever. We fully believe that Diane will hear the words from her Lord, “Well done thou good and faithful servant.”
