ERIC K. FOTY, 44, passed away on October 15th, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 22 years Victoria Foty and his son John Foty and daughter Ashley Foty; mother, Nabila Foty; brother Nick Foty and wife Rosanne Foty, sister Lena Totah and husband Marv Totah; nieces Madeline, Sophie, Libby, Elana, Maia, and Leah; Uncle Jack Foty and wife Linda Foty; Aunt Julia Foty; Cousins James Foty and wife Maggie Foty, Joey Foty, Jennifer Foty, Michelle Kuban and husband Dr. Josh Kuban,  and children Juliet and William, Iliya Bah Bah and wife Carol Bah Bah and children William and Ziad, and more lifetime friends that are too many to list. Visitation will be at Cypress- Fairbanks Funeral Home 9926 Jones Rd, Houston,  TX 77065 on Thursday October 19th from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday October 20th, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Bear Creek Baptist Church 5901 N. Fry Rd, Katy, TX 77449. A graveside service and committal will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
