Frank Lester Norred passed away July 1st, 2017 in Houston, Texas. Frank was born April 12th, 1941 to Mary Ethel Simmons Scoggins and Earnest L. Norred in Pensacola, Florida. Frank was raised by his Mother and wonderful stepfather, George W. Scoggins, Sr. Frank attended school in Pensacola, Florida and Houston, Texas. He joined the United States Marine Corps and served from March 1959 until March of 1963. He was very proud of being a Marine.

Frank was preceded in death by his Parents and Brother, George W. Scoggins, Jr.

Frank is survived by: Sisters Catherine Thibodeaux, Patricia Deasy and Joyce Bell Templeton; Brother Conroy A. Scoggins and wife Jan; Daughters Cindy Norred, Emily Kiscadon and husband Adam: Sons Charles Ramirez and Joshua Norred; precious Grandchildren ( the sunshine of his life ) – Wesley Morton, Thomas Derouin, Timothy Deroiun and Frankie Lynn Elizabeth Kiscador; numerous nieces and nephews.

Frank had a huge family and many friends. He loved them all and they loved him. He lived his life with Honor, Love, Kindness and Dependability.

Frank loved boating and fishing, going to the Casinos, watching Football and being in the C.B. Club when he was active. Most of all he loved being with family and friends.
