Dear Donna and girls,
I am so sorry. Fred was such a special man, husband, father and friend. My heart breaks for you, the girls and all of your beautiful grandchildren. I hope all of the wonderful memories y'all have of him will confort you during this very difficult time. When we came to Colorado, y'all opened your home and hearts to us. Mine and Hampton's time spent with y'all are some of my favorite memories. Love and miss you!

I'll always remember Fred as the great outdoorsman. There's nothing he didn't know or do when it came to hunting, fishing or exploring the mountains. Some of my best memories with Fred were camping and being in the Colorado mountains. I will surely miss him, but know that I will see him again. Until then, "everything oughta be alright ."
