Karon Miller, 74 of Houston Texas passed away Wednesday January 3, 2018 at 11:26 P.M.

  Karon was born October 23, 1943 in Oklahoma City to the late Ben and Opal Kizer. She moved to Lubbock Texas where she met the love of her life. She was married on the Jerrell Miller and moved to Houston Texas. She retired from DHL in 2004. She finished school and went to college later in life after the passing of her beloved.

 Karon is preceded in the death of her husband, a son Dalton Miller, a brother Randall Kizer, a sister Gwenda Ann Evans.

 Karon is survived by her children, a son Mike Shelton and his wife Deborah, grandsons Kizer and  Zander, a son Sam Shelton and his wife Georgia, granddaughters Blair, Toni, Grandsons Edward and Adrian, a daughter April Miller and her husband Tom, grandson Cody his wife Kelli and great granddaughter Hazel, grandson Jake, granddaughter Zoe.

 Karon is also survived by her siblings, a brother Cecil Kizer and his wife, a brother Keiffa Kizer and his wife, a sister Lahonda Potter, a sister Melba (Doll) Edgin, a sister Pat Brown along with several nieces and nephews.
