Lily Lavonne Flora Haugen, 16, was born May 16, 2001 in Houston, Texas to Rob and Nancy Haugen.  Jesus came to take Lily to Himself the evening of August 19, 2017.  Lily was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Richard and LaVonne Haugen of Emerado, North Dakota and her maternal grandparents Colonel Philip and Flora Suess of Houston, Texas.

Lily is survived by her parents Rob and Nancy Haugen and her two brothers Patrick Suess and Noah Haugen, 7 aunts and uncles and 19 cousins.  Lily attended Owens elementary, Labay Middle, Cypress Falls High school in Cyfair ISD and the Houston Korean School

Lily worshipped at Grace Fellowship United Methodist Church and volunteered in the special needs ministry.  Lily was a member of her middle school and high school choirs.  She loved classic rock-n-roll and country music, animals large and small and Korean culture and language.  Lily was working her very 1st job as a certified lifeguard.  Lily was saving money for a trip to South Korea.

Lily’s memorial service will be held on Thursday, September7, 2017, at 2pm at Grace Fellowship United Methodist Church in Katy Texas.
