Michael “Mike” Dugan, 72, of Eldon, IA passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 in Houston, TX.  As were his wishes, his body has been cremated with a celebration of life to be held at a later date. 

Mike Dugan was born March 24, 1945 in Des Moines, IA to William and Pearl Dugan. He grew up in Eldon and his path eventually led him to Jeanni Boxx whom he made his wife. They lived in Eldon for most of their life together and then retired to Fairfield until Jeanni’s passing. He then moved to Houston, TX to be closer to family who could help him with his needs.  Mike was an avid golfer, he enjoyed watching old western movies, going to the movies with his grandkids, and dancing. 

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Sharon Grant, and his wife Jeanni Dugan.

Left to share is story are his son Christopher J. Elliott and his wife Anita Elliott (Houston, TX), his son Michael Patrick Dugan (Eldon, IA), his sisters Lisa Dugan (St. Louis, MO) and Joan Smith (Tulsa, OK), and his two grandchildren Nicholas and Katherine Elliott (Houston, TX).
