Tribute

A little bit about Allison Ruth Brumfield. She was born to Susan Reynolds and Jody Brumfield October 27, 1978, in Enid Oklahoma and she already had a sister Jennifer that was two. Allison was the cutest little pumpkin you ever saw. She had white hair that stuck up until she was 5. Everywhere we went people made suggestions as to how to make it lay down.

After Oklahoma we moved to Houston then Tyler and back to Cypress Texas.  It was our first experience with open concept classrooms. She would manage to weave her social self to all the other classrooms. Then junior high and sports which she excelled in each. Then to CyFair Bobcats and discovered cheerleading, which she loved or could express herself with Bobcat pride.

There were so many nice comments about Allison that we should share. People mentioned that Allie could make you laugh and still here her contagious laughter. Allie could use her spark and spunk but was still so kind. She had a beautiful soul, and we all miss her so much already.

After high school she we to beauty school. We were set with a stylist for life. We all went through good hair days with autumn reds and summer whites. Sometimes we had to tilt our head to make our hair look even but it was ok because Ali did it. Everyone would be excited to see what Ali’s next hair color would be.

Then she had Monty and a whole new focus came into her life. She introduced him to all the sports and was always there to cheer him on.

Many of you may not know that she had surgery scheduled for this week for cancer. She was in extreme pain and tried to endure it and take care of Monty at the same time. She loved him so much and would never want to leave him. We are all in disbelief, but we will cherish the fondest memories, she had 1,463 friends and I’m sure she kept up with all of them.

Pray for her and her son that will be with his Grandmother and Papa and will love him with all our hearts.

With our rock theme today, please remember to not get between a rock and a hard place, venture for help there are so many people that have kind hearts.

And I will end with a prayer I copied. I thought of you with love today but that is nothing new. I thought of you yesterday and the day before too. I think of you when its silent and I call your name. Now I have memories and your picture in a frame. God has his arms around you, but I have you in my heart.
