Nature 33

Basilio Javier Turrubiartes

January 30, 1965 ~ January 8, 2022 (age 56)

Basilio came into my life with a force that could not be reckoned with. No was not a viable answer. He told me that God told him I was his wife and therefore he was going to make me his wife. I have never felt so much Love from a person nor did I ever question his Love for me. I will cherish that for the rest of my life. Together we had a very tight family and he Loved our family unconditionally. He was very proud of our kids and their accomplishments. Basilio Loved nature in all its glory. He Loved life. He was a jack of all trades and could do or fix anything. Basilio had a smile that would light up a room and I am seriously going to miss that beautiful smile. I never imagined him leaving this earth so early. Basilio would not want us to cry, he would not want us to wallow in self pity. How do I know this? Well because we talked about this in depth. With that said, to honor Basilio’s wishes let’s remember the good times we had with him and cherish our own personal relationships with him. Let his memory live in our hearts. I used to ask him why he was always smiling and he told me, because you have two choices: you can cry or you can laugh and smile.

He said “I choose to be happy and enjoy his time here on earth”

With that being said I will miss you my greatest love.
