Bessie Margaret Kendziora

Bessie Margaret Kendziora, of Houston, Texas, went to be with her beloved husband, Monday, July 6, 2020 at the age of 84. She was born Friday, July 3, 1936 in Rosenberg, Texas to Anton and Helen Wleczyk.

At the young age of 21, Bessie married her sweetheart, Edward Victor Kendziora. The two said their vows on Saturday, February 15, 1958.  The young couple settled in Houston, Texas and soon after they welcomed the first of three daughters. Bessie was an avid reader, quilter, sewer, and crocheter.  She absolutely loved watching the Polka Party and doing word search puzzles. Bessie loved to cook Sunday dinners for her children and grandchildren as well as spending the holidays with her family. Family and friends waited all year for her delicious homemade kolaches.

Bessie was preceded in death by; husband, Edward Kendziora; parents, Anton and Helen Wleczyk; brother, Jerry Wleczyk; and sister, Edna Wrobliski.

Bessie is survived by her children: Marjorie Swick, Julie and husband Wayne Cobb, Diane and husband Lance Rogers

Grandchildren: Charles and wife Courtney Cobb, Kimberly and husband Chris Brice, Chelsea Chapman, and Kaitlyn Rogers

Great grandchildren: Tyler, Zachary, and Brody

Sisters: Leona Gardovsky and Dolores Glueck
