Betsy Yvette Green, Age 62 of Houston, TX, passed away on July 8th 2022, at her home in Houston after a short illness.

Betsy was born on August 25th, 1959 in Houston TX to William Cary Green and Mildred Lowery. Betsy graduated from Lamar High School in Houston and Lone Star College, where she obtained an Associate’s Degree in Accounting.

Betsy met the love of her life, David Wagner, 30 years ago. Together they traveled and raised their dogs.

Betsy is survived by 2 sisters, Kathleen Judy Bell, and Sue Yvonne Wycoff, husband Bill Wycoff. She had numerous aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews & friends. She is predeceased by her father, her mother, her brother, Ronald Wayne Bell in 2022 and her sister, Christina Marie Lowery in 2019.

Betsy will be missed by all, especially by her husband, David and their dog Lady. 

Please join us for a Memorial Service at the church where Betsy has been a member since she was an infant.  Services will begin at 10:00 on August 18th.
