Brian Keith Murphy

Brian Keith Murphy “Murph,” age 57 suddenly passed away from a heart attack on April 28, 2021. Brian was born in Lafayette Louisiana, on January 24th 1964.  He is preceded in death by his mother Dorothy Onxley Murphy. He is survived in life by his father Edward “Bug” Murphy, his brother Kenny Murphy and wife Susan, his sister Cheryl Murphy Willard, his children Katy Quigg, Chelsea Morgan, Krystal Barnes, and Garrett Murphy.  His sons and daughter-in-law James Quigg, Luke Morgan, and Allison Murphy.  He is also survived by his grandchildren Kennedi, Harper, Lucian, Cameron, Kyler, Kimber and Sophia, and his nieces and nephews Shane, Lauren and Brandon.

Brian was always the life of the party, and his laugh was so contagious.  He was known for his quick wit and MacGyver skills, as well as his huge heart and generosity.  He was admired by many, and will missed by all.  As Murph would say “God Bless”
