Bryan R. Stevens, age 66, passed away on March18, 2021 in Cypress, Tx.
Bryan was born on October 20, 1954 in Saint Joseph Hospital in Flint, Michigan.
Following his graduation from Fentonian High School, He enlisted in the Military, and was a Sergeant in the U.S Air Force and served as a Medical Service Specialist. He was honorably discharged November 13, 1976.
Upon his departure from the US Air Force, Bryan attended Michigan State University. He completed his studies in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications.
After graduation, he moved to Cypress, Texas. Bryan began working for the Postal Service as a Special Delivery Messenger. He retired in 2012 after 28 years of service. After retiring he volunteered teaching English to ESL adults with Cypress Assistance Ministries.
Bryan is survived by his loving wife, Aida Stevens. They were married in Houston, Texas on June 23,1994. Bryan is lovingly remembered by his daughters Melissa Romero, Carolina Gallegos, Kari Stevens and grandchildren.
He will be remembered for the amount of love he showed his grandchildren. While not many knew, he was also an expert on the billiard table. Some have said his skill was unrivaled by anyone they knew. He had a love of reading and had a cool and calm demeanor. Most recently you could find him in good spirits around his fireplace.
