Cliff Cornell

With deepest sympathy, we announce that our beloved son, brother, father, and friend, Clifton Wayne "Cliff" Cornell, age 37, passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 30, 2020. Cliff was born on September 9, 1982 and is preceded in death by his mother, Terrie Franklin Cornell. He is survived by his father, Mike Cornell and wife Staci, son, Jarrid Cornell and daughter, Alyssa Cornell, his sister, Chrissy Denise Padgett and nephew, Christopher Padgett, Grandparents, Betty and FredWatts and step-father Eddy Leone; along with numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Cliff enjoyed his time fishing with his dad in Galveston Bay, and spending time playing pool (never letting go of his pool cue) and dominos, along with country dancing, with his many friends and family in the area. We know that Cliff is now with his mom, Terrie, and is loved here on earth as well as in Heaven, and the loss of this sweet soul will leave a void in all of our lives forever.

The Memorial Service for Cliff will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at the Cypress Fairbanks Funeral Home, 9926 Jones Road, Houston, Texas at 2:00 p.m. Immediately following, there will be a Celebration of Life for Cliff at Fast Eddy’s Ice House, 10930 Tower Oaks Blvd., Houston, Texas 77070.
