David Carlos Maza

  David Carlos Maza of Houston, TX, a Korean War Veteran, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the age of 84.David Carlos Maza (Dave) born on April 8, 1933 in Brownsville, Texas, went home to be with his Lord.  He was born to Dora Cisneros and Emilio Maza and is preceded in death by his parents. 

  David was a graduate of Texas A&M and received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  After graduation, David became a successful business owner. His favorite pass time was competing in numerous dance competitions and earned many trophies.   His smile was contagious.  He had a gentle and loving soul and will be remembered by many.  His legacy will live on thru his son and family.

  He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Dirk and Tammi Maza and his wonderful grandchildren, Jules and Maddox Maza.  He was very proud of his grandchildren and their interests.

  A service to celebrate his life will be held at 9926 Jones Rd.  Houston, TX  77065 on Sat. March 10th at 2 pm until 5 pm.
