Deborah Anne Swiger

Deborah Anne Swiger was born on March 10, 1953 to Shirley and Doris Stewart.  She passed away on April 1, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.  Debbie was a long-time member of the Redhats Club and enjoyed playing Bunco with her friends.  She took pleasure in thrift shopping and attending auctions. Her laugh was so contagious that with her coworkers cackling all together they would clear the office.  Debbie was a very hard worker and always gave her best effort in everything she did.  She was preceded in death by her parents Doris and Shirley Stewart, along with her sister Brenda Smith and brother Stevie. 

She was loved and adored by many, left to cherish her memories are her daughter Llana Banks-Swiger and husband Bruce Wayne Banks Jr. of College Station; her grandson Bayne Hackett Banks was very much her life; her brothers whom loved her dearly, Duane Stewart and his wife Paula, their children Tony Gerdom, Erin Stewart & fiancé Matt, Randy Stewart and his wife Shu-Mei; their daughters Rachel and Megan Stewart; her sister and best friend, Pam Crooks and her husband Jeff; their daughters and son, Shannon and her husband Rob, Courtney and fiancé Jeffery, Shelby, and Nathan Crooks; her niece Tiffany Miller;  great nieces and nephews Darian, AJ, Eli, Sam, and Leighton.  She’s had countless friends for over 30 years especially her lifelong friends Donna Arensdorf, Amer Danab, and Llana Cowie. 

A deep appreciation and thanks to Diana Sebbenfor for taking such great care of her.  Deborah, being a kind hearted woman who lit up the room with her smile was loved by many friends, coworkers, and anyone she met.

Memorial service will start at 1 P.M., Saturday, April 20, 2019, at Cypress-Fairbanks Funeral Home located at 9926 Jones Rd. Houston, TX 77065.
