Feliciana Trevino

On Sunday, May 7, 2023, Feliciana Trevino, devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and aunt entered into eternal rest at the age of 97. She was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, to Filemon and Guadalupe Rendon on December 30, 1925.

Feliciana was one of eight children born to the union of her parents.  As a child, she helped her parents with their farm and thriving store until she married her loving husband, Reynaldo Trevino, at sixteen.  They were blessed with three children and moved to the United States in 1949 where they were blessed with four more children. Feliciana poured her heart into caring for and raising a loving family, as well as helping her husband run their import business. She was gifted in bringing her family together through her passion for cooking and special recipes.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving children: Reynaldo Davalos, Humberto (Violeta) Trevino, Armando (Yolanda) Trevino, Elvia (Andy) Trujillo, Joe (Isella) Trevino. She will be deeply missed by her 19 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Feliciana is preceded in death by: her parents, Filemon and Guadalupe Rendon; son, Agapito Trevino; daughter-in-law, Rosy Davalos; and husband, Reynaldo Trevino.

Feliciana will be laid to rest in her hometown of Jardin de los Angeles.
