Francis David Banks

On Sunday, March 14th, Francis David Banks passed away at the age of 60 while at home in Cypress, Texas. He is survived by two sons and a daughter. 

Dave was a compassionate and free-spirited father, husband, friend and mentor to many. He was very close to his mother, Anne Stanford, and often spoke fondly of his uncles, aunts and cousins. He was known for his quick wit, craftsmanship, creativity, and his kind and compassionate spirit. His interests and talents were extremely varied. They included mechanics, carpentry, computers, painting and sports, especially golf, which he played quite well.

He was a fatherly figure to many and was astonishingly generous with all. A dedication of songs and kind words will be held in his honor on:
