You were a wonderful man, and a gift from God to me. Although you did not create me you loved me as though you had. You showed me what to look for in a partner, a father and friend. Your love for my boys and I was unwavering. I could not have asked for a better male role model in my life. You lived with acceptance, understanding, and without judgement. I hope that I can continue to make you proud. I love you Dad.
