Gloria J Smoak, age 91, died on April 23, 2019 at her home in Tomball, Texas. She was surrounded by her loving daughter Susan and her family who had cared for her during the last years of her life.
Gloria was born May 31, 1927 to Richard and Grace (Moss) Seiple in Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania.
She received a Degree from Pennsylvania College of Music and used her talent throughout her life as a soloist, pianist and music director but her main career was her service to the Methodist Church where she served as Director of Christian Education and Creative Ministries for over 40 years.
Gloria was preceded in death by both parents and her only brother Richard.
Gloria is survived by her four children John Hogg and wife Deb, Susan Spitler and husband David (deceased), Mary Allen and husband Perry and Bill Hogg and wife Jan, 13 grandchildren, 29 great- grandchildren and many great- great- grandchildren.
Her legacy was her Love of the Lord and her commitment to help those in need.
