On Thursday, September 29, 2022, Hector Osmin Solorzano, devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother passed away at the age of 62. He was one of the 8 children born to Pablo and Margarita (Segovia) Solorzano, on July 3, 1960 in San Salvador, El Salvador.
He lived many great years in El Salvador before immigrating to Houston, TX. In 1986, he met Marbella Gaytan, who he married in 1987 and with whom he had 3 loving children.
Hector enjoyed grilling (while listening to his favorite tunes from the Eagles and the Beatles), cooking & dancing with his grandchildren, and reminding his family at all times how much he loves them.
Left to cherish his memories is his loving wife of 35 years Marbella; son Hector, Jr. and wife Priscilla; son Erik; daughter Samantha; grandchildren Alizaye, Jayden, Aubree, Julian, & Isabella; mother Margarita; and brothers & sisters Pablo Andrés, Isaac, Carlos, Mauricio, Ramón, Alba, and Miriam.
He is gone but never forgotten, leaving his loving memories in our hearts forever.
We now have a guardian angel to sing with us, dance with us, and love us from above. We’ll miss you so much Hector/Segovia/Dad/Popo, and as you would tell your grandchildren all the time, “te queremos un chingo”.
