Jarrett Dylan Brubaker; best known as JD, entered into Heaven on April 26, 2022 and was greeted by his beloved Father, Jeffrey Douglas Brubaker, his much-loved older Brother, Andrew William Crimmins, his amazing Gramma, Shirley Doolittle Brubaker, and his MomMom, Rosalie Carol Robinson.
He leaves behind to miss him, his Mother, Kimberli and her husband, Paul Philbrick, his beloved niece Madisyn Riley Crimmins Brezina and her parents, Laronna and Bryan Brezina, his amazing Iowa Family, Aunt Barb and Uncle Mike Furman and their daughter Megan, Uncle John Brubaker and Aunt Kathy Brubaker and their children, Matt and Erin. JD spent almost 12 summers; starting when he was 5 years old, with his Iowa family. Some of his best memories were made in Iowa, of that I have no doubt. His Uncle, Mark G. Robinson, his wife, Aunt Vondalynn and their children, Audra, Shane and Ryan. His adopted Texas family, Barb Powell, Zach Powell and family, Jeremy Martinson and family, his big sister Autumn Upp Thompson and his wonderful girlfriend, Mariana Solalinde and her daughter, Alicia. You only had to see pictures of the three of them together to know they were an incredibly special trio! He was blessed with so many wonderful friends, way too many to mention, but you know who you are!
JD was bigger than life, when he walked into a room you knew he was there! He was smart, just a wee bit hardheaded and goodness knows he could carry on a conversation for quite a while! He was also very funny and quite the jokester! JD loved fiercely and passionately, he truly cherished his family and friends!
JD attended Langham Creek HS, where he excelled academically and played football. He also played rugby after high school and competed in Jiu-Jitsu, which he genuinely enjoyed, he thought that a roll on the mat was a great way to spend some time.
We will miss him forever, but we will see him again, of that I have no doubt.
