Jerry Allen Viator

Jerry Allen Viator, 84, was born on January 6,1935 to Allen Claude Viator and Julia Marie Rouen in Beaumont, Texas.  He passed away on December 5, 2019 while in the hospital where he was scheduled for a minor procedure.

After attending Jefferson Davis Senior High School, he attended University of Houston before his employment with Tenneco Gas Pipeline for over 35 years starting out as a Draftsman and, at his retirement,  he was the Director of Right of Way.

He is survived by his three daughters, Vicki Anne Abernathie, Pamela Kay Galik and Lisa Marie Gautreaux, his sister, Annette Kainer and husband Bob and his brother, Michael Walter Viator and wife Gwen.  Waiting to greet him on the other side is his Lord and Savior, his parents, his wife of 61 years, Rosa Faye Viator and his daughter, Jeri Sue Daniels. He also leaves behind 7 grand children, 17 great grand children and numerous nieces and nephews. Jerry was a wonderful man, deeply loved by all and will be forever missed.

Memorial services are at the Cypress Fairbanks Funeral Home at 2 pm on Friday, December 20, 2019.
