Jesse Manuel Avila

Jesse Manuel Avila passed away after a courageous battle with COVID on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.  Jesse was born December 16, 1968 and the eldest son to Manuel and Gloria Avila in Houston, Texas.  Graduated from Austin High School and went on to study computer technology.  He loved to talk about technology and could go on and on about it.  Jesse was a people person and always had a smile on his face and quirky things to say.  He enjoyed traveling and did through work and with family.  He was able to travel to all 51 states with just North Dakota left to visit. He thoroughly enjoyed food and would take pictures and share with family as well as social media.  He enjoyed his job as a field engineer with Katy ISD and often spoke about his work.

His ashes will be rested in the mountains in the U.S.

Jesse is preceded in death by his father Manuel Avila.  He is survived by his wife Olga Villarreal Avila; son, Jonathan Alexander Avila; daughter, Evelyn Andrea Avila; mother, Gloria Avila; brother, Raymond Avila; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, family and friends.
