Jesse was born in Houston, TX on November 25, 1939.
He passed away on December 20, 2019.
Graduated from Reagan High School January 1958. During high school he met and married the love of his life Patricia He attended the University of Houston. After College, he began his engineering career with Igloo Corp. as a tool and die maker.
He advanced to the engineering department and while there developed the Igloo Playmate. Later he was promoted to quality control engineer of all products.
After 20 years with Igloo, he left and developed his own business. He joined forces with a group of Engineers who bid on one-time large projects. He developed an assembly line using pneumatic system to build Trane Air-conditioner compressors. Another project he developed was a safer way to load and transport guided missiles from warehouse to transportation.
Jesse loved the outdoors. He coached a number of little league baseball, football, and girls softball teams, over many years. His favorite fishing spots were Galveston surf, Bolivar Island, Lake Amistad and Devils River. However family deer hunting trips was a MUST to Del Rio every winter!!!! His kids participated in all outdoor activities from a young age. He enjoyed sharing his love of the outdoors with his kids and grandkids.
Jesse is survived by his wife of 62 years Patricia, his sisters Mona, Irma and husband Bill, his 4 children Jesse lll, Jody and wife Phyllis, Tina, and Juanita and boyfriend Derek, 9 Grandchildren Andrea, Nadja, Serena, Sean, Kaelin, Marlina, Justin, Christi, and Seth;10 Great Grandchildren, Immy, Charlie, Willie, Ari, Elli, Mikie, Eddie, Jezzi, Jackson and Michael. And numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
