James Matthew Pascavis, Jimmy, was born on June 15, 1978 in West Berlin Germany, to James Michael Pascavis and Janet Vanderkooi Pascavis. Sadly, Jimmy passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 15, 2019.
Jimmy spent his early years in Muskegon, Michigan, where he loved spending time on Lake Michigan Beaches. He graduated in 1996 from Mona Shores High School and is an alumni of Central Michigan University.
In 2008, Jimmy moved to Houston, Texas, where he met his beloved wife Kristy. They were married on December 6, 2013.
Jimmy, worked at Southland Battery in Houston, Texas, where he quickly climbed the ranks and became President of the company. He enjoyed golfing, shooting, skiing, traveling and using abilities as a craftsman in construction projects.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Myron and Gladys Pascavis; maternal grandparents, Harry and Ernestine Vanderkooi; his Aunt Susan Vanderkooi; and his brother-in-law, Jay Compton.
Jimmy is survived by his loving wife, Kristy Pascavis; his parents, Dr. James and Janet Pascavis of Muskegon, Michigan, his mother-in-law, Rachel Bath; his sister and brother-in-law, Jessica and Alex Kever; and his niece Lexi Kever. He will also be dearly missed by his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Ricci and Thomas Villasenor, Jr.; his niece, Olivia Villasenor; and his nephews, Thomas Michael and Vincent Villasenor.
Jimmy was loved by many and will be remembered as a fun loving, encouraging, generous and caring soul.
In memory of Jimmy, who deeply enjoyed his time as part of the Mona Shores High School Choir, memorial donations should kindly be directed to the Mona Shores High School Choir in lieu of flowers.
