Julia Kominczak Davidson was born in Chappell Hill, Texas on February 10, 1929 to Anastasia and Lawrence Kominczak. Julia moved to Spring Branch, Texas and later she would build a home in Katy, Texas with her beloved husband Eugene “Gene” Davidson.
First and foremost, Julia adored her family. Her five siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins were very close to her through the years, as well as Gene's daughter Rebecca and her family. She was a devout Catholic that lived her life with a strong faith, regularly attending mass, as well as being an active member of her Parish until later in life. Other than her love and zest for life, she enjoyed polka dancing, camping, baking, and gardening, as well as family celebrations and reunions. Most of her life her job as a nanny was a cherished role of purpose, one she loved immensely.
Julia passed away August 31, 2020 in Katy Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband Gene on August 8, 2020, Brothers Victor Kominczak, Raymond Kominczak, Sister Verna Zingelmann, and son in law Clyde Miller. Survived by to cherish her memories, are her sisters, Louise Meleski and Florence Spaugh, sister-in-law Pauline Kominczak, step daughter Rebecca Davidson, grandchildren Heather Miller and Brandon Miller, stepson Randy Davidson(Gabrielle), nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and close friends. Her family was everything to her.
Pallbearers will be Bennie Meleski, Brian Rybarski, Pat Zientek, Mark Spaugh, Alan Ponder, and Anthony Worchesik.
Honorary Pallbearer is Casen Pennington.
