Kenneth Robert Schoenfeld, born in Corpus Christi, Texas on February 14, 1936 has passed away on April 10, 2022 at the age of 86 in Houston, Texas.
He was a retired real estate broker, investor, rancher, and part time farmer. In Corpus Christi Ken attended W.B. Ray High School and Del Mar College. In Houston he attended Real Estate and Investment schools. He was also a graduate of AFC Business Management College.
He was a long-time volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and The Farm and Ranch Club. During his life Ken volunteered with many other organizations.
He loved the outdoors especially hunting, fishing, boating and water/ snow skiing. He loved collecting wood and working with it to create and build his ideas.
He was quite a problem solver and loved a challenge. Ken is survived by his wife, Barbara Martin Schoenfeld. Son, Robert Dale Schoenfeld of Houston Texas, one beloved grandson Austin Schoenfeld and a sister, Janice Roberts of Round Rock Texas. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Ken is proceeded in death by his parents, David Wolery and Alive Alma Haisler Schoenfeld Sr. Brother David Schoenfeld Jr. and a greatly missed granddaughter. Ashlee Elain Schoenfeld.
Since Ken had a love for children and animals, donations may be made in his honor to the Boys and Girls Country in Hockley, Texas or Houston SPCA.
