Kimberly D. Duncan age 50, of Houston, Texas entered this life on December 6, 1967. She was born in Tyler, Texas and grew up in Cayuga, Texas. She is the daughter of James R. (Jim) Duncan and Jacqueline Diane Duncan.
Kim graduated from Cayuga High School in 1986, graduated from HCJC/TVCC in 1988, and received her Criminal Justice degree from Stephen F. Austin in 1990. She started her career in 1991 in Houston. She loved her job in the legal field, she was a hard worker and became a successful business woman. She was a great inspiration and source of encouragement to so many during her career. She touched so many lives and made many life-long friends during her journey.
Kim’s passion was being with her family and supporting her nieces and nephews in all their activities. She adored them and was their #1 Fan. Everyone knew “Aunt Kim” at the ball park and wished they had an Aunt just like her.
Kim was a strong, beautiful and one of a kind sassy lady. She had a heart as BIG as Texas and was a die-hard Dallas Cowboy fan. She always lived life in her own way, right to the end. She was a warrior against her breast cancer and fought until she couldn’t fight anymore. She is gone but will never be forgotten.
Kim is survived by her loving parents Jim and Diane Duncan who never left her side during her battle against breast cancer. Her sister Kristi Jenkins, brother-in-law Jason, 2 nieces Makenzi (14), Mayci (8), and her nephew Maddox (11). Her grandmother Lily B. Hill and additional uncles, aunts, and cousins.
