Louis R. Bailey

Louis Ray Bailey, a caring father, grandfather, husband, and friend, passed away suddenly on February 4, 2021 at the age of 71.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Myrna A. Bailey, his children, Brian C. Bailey and Shannon R. Bailey, his grandchildren Jaxon G.  Bailey and Mikael B. Salinas, his daughter-in-law Amy Chovanetz, son-in-law Victor Salinas, and other family members and friends. 

He is now reunited with his mother, Georgia Lee Bailey, his father, Louis Bailey, and his two sisters, Lee Dora Pate and Gloria Bailey.

He will be remembered through his long-lasting friendships, his wisdom, his charisma, his love for sports - especially LSU and the 49ers - and his dedication to providing for his family. 

A Celebration of Louis’ Life will be held on Friday, February 12th at 10 AM at Cypress Fairbanks Funeral Home on 9926 Jones Rd. A link will be provided for those who are not able to make this Celebration in person.
