Maria Julia Salazar

On Tuesday, January 7, 2020, Maria Julia Salazar, devoted wife, mother, Grandma and sister, passed away at the age of 67, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Robstown Texas, to Candelario and Julia M. Gonzalez on October 27, 1952.

She married the love of her life Juan and raised four boys in their loving home.  Throughout the years, she took great pride in caring and educating numerous children of all ages that she taught.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband, Juan Salazar; her sons, Juan Pablo Salazar, Abel Salazar & wife Theresa, Javier Salazar and David Salazar & wife Isabel; her grandchildren, Adrian Salazar, Abel Garcia, Nakai Salazar, Diego Salazar, Noah Salazar, Evan Salazar, Ethan Nico Salazar, Leslie Salazar and Crystal Salazar; her sisters, Olivia Silvas, Ramona Castro, Candelaria Cantu and Juanita Cardenas; her brother, Longino Gonzalez.  And numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents Candelario and Julia M. Gonzalez; sisters Maria Guadalupe Gonzalez, and Maria Del Socorro Lara all of Brownsville Texas.

She is gone but never forgotten, leaving her loving memories in all our hearts forever.
