Marjorie Jo Mock

Marjorie Jo Mock passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on Sunday, September 30th, 2018, at the age of 80 years old in her home in Cypress, TX. 

She was born in Pasadena, TX on October 12th, 1937. Married Robert Lynn Mock on October 13th, 1955. They had 4 children, Robert Mock Jr, David Mock, John Mock, and Marjorie Leigh Mock. Married for 51 years before Robert Lynn Mock passed away in October of 2006. 

She is survived by her son John Mock, sister in law Lanelle Bishop, her grandchildren Ben Mock, Paul Mock, Stephen Potter, Moet Mock, Travis Potter, Christine Steller, David Mock Jr, Alex Mock, Eric Mock, Nathan Mock, Kevin Mock, Julia Mock, Cory Mock, Mary Potter, Peter Mock, Matthew Potter, and multiple great grandchildren, all of whom she loved greatly. 

She is proceeded in death by her parents Dorsey Bishop, and Flora Bishop, her husband Robert Mock, her brother Jay Bishop, and her children Robert Mock Jr, David Mock, and Marjorie Potter.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for a majority of her life. Loved to garden, read, cross stitch, paint, sew, and be with her family. 

Marjorie was a mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother that will be truly missed. Her funeral services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 10555 West Rd, Houston, TX 77064 on Friday, October 5th. Viewing will be at 6PM, service at 7PM.
