Mark E. Reinhardt, 76, of Cypress, Texas passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. Mark was the son of Everett and Lucille Reinhardt and spent most of his childhood in McCracken, Kansas. After graduating from McCracken High School, he attended Ft. Hays State University. Mark was employed by Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Company for 32 years.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda, son Jason Reinhardt and wife Christina of Horseshoe Bay, Texas, daughters Amy Lanning and husband Darryl of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Lacey Reinhardt and partner Andrew of San Antonio, Texas. Also grandchildren Owen Kraft and wife Anna of Russellville, Arkansas, Torey Reinhardt and wife Lacey, David Reinhardt and wife Bernadette and Leandra Reinhardt all of Tucson, Arizona along with seven great grandchildren.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Everett and Lucille Reinhardt, sister Susan Reinhardt and son Travis Reinhardt.
Mark grew up hunting and fishing along the Smoky Hill River near McCracken, Kansas in what he and his cousins always described as “Cowboy Country”. Above all else his commitment to wife and family was the center of his life.
In keeping with Mark’s love of the outdoors his family suggests memorials be given to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation.
