Otto Edmundo De Jose Osorio

Otto Osorio Wagner, 58, passed away on September 29th, 2021 from an unexpected Covid related complication. Even though a failing heart took him away from this world, his loving heart left a beacon of light for all who knew him.

Otto was the perfect example of a kind soul that loved putting smiles on people's faces. He was a great husband, father, friend, brother, and son with a big heart. Otto loved helping around the community such as volunteering at his daughter's club, fleet swimming, and many other things.

Otto is survived by his wife, Carlota and he was a proud "papuli" to his only daughter Victoria. His cheerful attitude and bright smile will be deeply missed forever ❤
