Robert Daniel Lavine

There are many ways to define what it means to be a superhero.  Most would say a superhero needs to have superhuman powers, courage, bravery and strength in the face of adversity and danger, and that a superhero must stand for what is right and fight for things bigger than himself.  Bobby was all of those things and more.  Through his incredible strength, courage and cat-like reflexes, he led us to believe that each day is an opportunity to create everlasting memories and to live each one to the fullest.

Robert D. Lavine passed away April 26, 2018 at his home in Houston Texas.  He was 40 years old.

Survivors include his noble father, Jerry Lavine - legendary siblings, Dorothy, Jennifer and Jake Lavine and fearless nieces and nephew, Sage, Graham, Olivia, Audrey and Stella.   

A celebration of life will commence 9:00am, Monday May 7, 2018 at the Cypress Fairbanks Funeral home, located at 9926 Jones Rd. Houston, TX 77065.  Followed by graveside services at Knigge Cemetery in Cypress, TX beginning at 2:00pm.

Like many other superheroes, his epic adventure comes to an end.  And through his biggest fans, his legacy lives on.
