Robert Taylor age 83, of Kingwood Texas, peacefully passed away on August 27th, 2021, surrounded by his family.
Robert was born on May 1st, 1938, to Harry and Ivy Taylor in Birmingham England. After Rob completed his education at Marlborough Road Senior School in 1953, he pursued degrees in Electronics at Garretts Green College in England.
After graduation, he worked in the electrical industry for over forty years and retired from United Airlines after working there for ten years. Rob was extremely hard working throughout his career and loved what he did for a living.
In 1959, he met his wife June Taylor on a blind date in Birmingham. Robert & June were married in 1963 and had three children, Elayne, Michelle and Glenn.
Rob retired from work in 2003. While retired Rob had time to pursue his love of traveling, playing his guitars, photography, and most of all spending time with his family.
Rob was predeceased by his daughter Michelle Taylor, parents Harry & Ivy Taylor, brothers Les Taylor, John Taylor and his sister Nora Taylor. He is survived by his wife June, his children Elayne and Glenn, his grandchildren Jason, Matthew and Amanda, his great grandson Gunnar, his sisters Gloria and Chris and extended family members.
