Robin Wayne Dallred

Robin Wayne Dallred, 76, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, Thursday, June 6, 2019 in Houston, Texas. He was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on January 5, 1943. He served his country in the United States Marines during the Vietnam War. He was a salesman most of his life and sold various items ranging from Encyclopedias to business machines. He also was very artistic, enjoyed photography, and, in his later years, became a successful Graphics Designer.

Robin was a Godly man with a passion for God’s Word. He was a member of Bear Creek Baptist Church where he led Sunday bible study and touched the lives of those around him. He also served as a Chaplain at the Harris County jail.

Robin married Carol, and a truly special love ensued. They celebrated their 37th anniversary this past April.

Robin is survived by his wife, Carol; children Jennifer Mackert and Michael Seils; and daughter-in-law Deana Seils. Affectionately known as PawPaw, he adored and received great joy from his five grandchildren –  Ian Mackert (22), Ryan Dallred (20), Meghan Seils (16), Mandy Seils, (13), and Luke Mackert (12). Although Robin will no longer be here in earthly form, his spirit and memory will live with us forever.

A Memorial service will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019, 10:30 AM At Bear Creek Baptist Church. 5901 N. Fry Road, Katy, TX 77449.
