Rosalinda Ortega Murphy

Rosalinda was born October 30, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas to the late father Cosme Ortega and mother Oralia Ortega. She worked at Kelly Air Force Base from out of high school till 1971. She also worked as a Teacher's aid and office staff at Thompson Elementary. 

Rosalinda was blessed with a loving family. She married Patrick Murphy on May 30, 1970 . She was a loving wife and mother who cared deeply about family and friends. She walked through life with a giving heart and smile.

She was the first of four children. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, as well as sisters, Connie Castoreno, and Gracie Ortega; brother Arturo Ortega. Rosalinda is survived by her husband Patrick Murphy; son Michael Murphy and daughter Jennifer Murphy. Rosalinda will be greatly missed.
