Sandra "Sandy" Beth Dobarganes

Sandra Beth Dobarganes was born December 24th, 1965, to Donald and Karen Ware in Houston, Texas. She enjoyed being outdoors, camping, swimming, going to car meets, and vacationing. She loved to laugh with her family and friends while telling stories about one family adventure here or another there. Sandy was a devoted Police and K-9 supporter who would spend her time making and selling bandanas to raise funds to buy equipment for K-9s and their handlers. Sandy had a large heart and cared for many, she enjoyed meeting various K-9s and their handlers that she followed on social media. Sandy is survived by her husband, Charles “Doby” Dobarganes and their children, Megan and Lucas. In place of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to K9s of Valor.
