Sierra Elizabeth Rhodd

Sierra Elizabeth Rhodd, Cypress Texas, died tragically September 13, 2020, She was 20 years old.  Sierra was asleep in her bed at the family home when she was viciously shot to death in an ambush style attack on her entire family.    

Sierra was born April 29, 2000 in Houston Texas, She was a 2019 graduate of Cy-Fair High School in Cypress, Texas where she was a member of the ROTC, she enjoyed music of every kind and genre, but especially loved Taylor Swift, Sierra loved spending time with her horses Delta and Calypso and she loved the family dog, Brock,  She loved to travel, particularly with her grandmother Becci with whom she especially close,  Sierra was a dedicated fan of car meets with her favorite club being Race Royalty,  She loved kids and had looked forward to becoming a God mother to Connor Wellborn,  She had just started a small business called “Sierra’s Southern Scents” making and selling homemade beaded air fresheners,   Sierra was a proud member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation of Oklahoma. 

Sierra was proceeded in death by her paternal grandmother Nancy O’Donnell of Houston.  At time of her death she was survived by her parents, Krystalee And Michael Rhodd of Cypress, brother Michael Tanner Rhodd of Cypress, grandparents Becci Polmanteer of Houston, George and Stacey Polmanteer of Germfask Michigan, Alice and Samuel Rhodd of Plantersville Texas, Great Aunt Brenda (Marty) Wingerter of Cypress, Aunt Betty (Johnny) Maniscalo of Kemah, Uncle Daryl Rhodd of Konawa, OK, Aunt Kara (Craig)  Hebbe of Austin and Uncle Adam (Tanya) Rhodd of Magnolia Texas, Special Friends Laura and Cory Wellborn and son Connor, Iona Quickenden and Blake Parker as well as cousins and many extended family members and friends.

The family will receive guests on Thursday 9/24/20 from 4pm-8pm at Calvary Chapel West, 12022 Knigge Cemetery Rd, Cypress Texas, The funeral service will be Friday 9/25/20 at 12:00pm, at Calvary Chapel West, 12022 Knigge Cemetery Rd, Cypress Texas, followed immediately with the graveside service at Klein Cemetery in Cypress Texas.
