Tribute

Stevie-Ann Lucille Dingley was a strong willed, God fearing, and socially loved woman. Her legacy has been intertwined many places along her journey of life.

As a mother of 4 boys, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, her legacy will continue to grow. During her early years in Wisconsin, she was involved as an amateur actress in the local community theater. She also worked as a columnist at the local newspaper called the Lake Country Reporter. Here in Texas, she was the church secretary for Cy-fair Assembly of God Church for Pastor Roy Hicks.

She enjoyed RVing with her children when they were young boys and continued even as empty nesters with husband, Robert Dingley, whom passed away 2 ½ years earlier. They were proud members of the SMART RV group (Special Military Active Retired Travelers).

Her most recent endeavor was serving as President of the Resident Council at Village on the Park where she loved greeting people, hosting tours, providing maps and being the best social butterfly she could possibly be.

All her life, she was an avid cook but enjoyed her new retirement life at Village On the Park which freed her to more leisure living to focus on other fun things.  She delighted in crafting and watching her flower garden bloom, which won her yard of the month at VOP. She also loved cruises, wearing her favorite color blue, playing on the Wii bowling team, enjoying card games with friends and family, and staying active in the VOP community’s social gatherings and events.  She always began her day reading her Bible. You could always count on a good day after reading her daily posts showcasing Bible scriptures and encouragement shared on Facebook.

Stevie-Ann loved her family and her companion dog, Zuri.  She is survived by her four sons and wives: Bret Harte Dingley and wife Terri, Roy Dingley, Glen Martin Dingley and wife Melinda, Cris David Dingley and wife Crystal; grandchildren, Tia Arriaga and husband Adam, David Dingley and wife Krista, Walter Dingley and wife Amanda, Dylan Dingley, Mirisa Dingley and Summer Dingley.  Great Grandchildren, Bobby Arriaga, Kimber Arriaga, Alexandria Bell-Dingley, David Dingley, Emmet Dingley, Silas Dingley, Adaline Dingley; nephew, Craig Higdon.
