Theresa Anne DeMarco

On Wednesday, November 17, 2021, Theresa Anne DeMarco, devoted mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away at the age of 70. She was born in Houston, Texas to Gus and Mary DeMarco, on April 6, 1951.

Theresa was one of the six children that Augustine and Mary raised in the Houston area.  She was raised in the Catholic Church and attended St. Pius Catholic School.  After graduation she started working with Southwestern Bell in the field working on the phone lines, and later went to join the team that would troubleshoot the data centers that had outages.  During her thirty-nine years with SW Bell, she was blessed with two boys Aaron and Adam.  They were the joy and focus of her life driving her to work hard and provide for them.  After retirement she filled her day with antique shopping, crafting, canning her wonderful fruits from the garden.  Or baking the favorite cucidati cookies from the fig trees for gatherings. Theresa was known for her large loving heart and would help anyone that was in need. 

Left to cherish her memories is her loving son, Aaron DeMarco and wife Shannon; Sisters Dorothy Kaminski (Edward), and Barbara Farrar; Brother John DeMarco; sister in laws Selma DeMarco, Kathy DeMarco; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, Adam Thornton; parents Gus and Mary DeMarco; brothers, Sonny and Tony DeMarco; brother in law Russell Farrar.

She is gone but never forgotten, leaving her loving memories in our hearts forever.
