Tony Lee Gorman

Tony Lee Gorman, 72, passed away on March 12, 2018 in Tomball, Texas. He was born January 26, 1946 to Raymond and Virginia (Foote) Gorman in Dallas, Texas. On September 22, 1974 he married Linda Kelsey Gorman in Tyler, Texas and they were married for 18 years. In Tony’s youthful years he was extremely athletic and excelled in such sports as football, baseball, and basketball. In 1964 he graduated from W.H. Adamson High School in Dallas, Texas and continued his education at East Texas State University on a football scholarship. It was there that he became an active member in the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and he continued his alumni support yearly. Tony graduated from East Texas State University on August 23, 1968 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He had a very successful business career working for Ryder Truck Rental and Eckard Drug Stores.

Survivors include his former wife Linda; his children, Todd Wilson, Michelle Caruso, Kevin Gorman, Priscella Gorman, and Regina Gorman; nine grandchildren, Hunter, Ryan, Allie, Priscella, Aaron, Valerie, Olivia, Robert, and Ariana; son- in law Tyrone Caruso; daughter- in law Pattie Wilson; his brother and sister- in law Lynn and Judy Gorman; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents; former mother and father- in law; as well as many other family members and friends he loved.

Tony Gorman lived a very fulfilling life with his family and friends enjoying camping, being outdoors, sports, and his beloved pets. He was a devoted father and grandfather that was very active in both his children and grandchildren’s life. He will be missed greatly.
