Hi Kenny,

I was young during the time you worked for my dad, but I do remember you. My dad learned some sign language because of you and he always enjoyed learning new things. My dad did like you, don't you worry about that. He had high standards and was driven in his work but he took you under his wing. He was a good man. And it is good of you to send your condolences. I'm so glad you were thinking about him and reached out. Blessings to you.

We miss him too Marie. Glad we got to meet him when my mother moved to Brookdale in 2016. He was a very nice man. He loved going to the church there and now he is with Jesus.

A candle was lit by (Pastor) Steve & Judy Cranston, Willowbrook Terrace Chapel on November 14, 2017 2:14 PM
It was a blessing for us to have had Doug as an active member/participant at the Willowbrook Terrace Chapel which meets at his last residence, Brookdale Willowbrook Park.

It was a great blessing to have visited him shortly before his passing and to have had a wonderful conversation, including Scripture reading and prayer with him. We miss him already but are very blessed to have been friends with him for the time he was at Brookdale.

Please know of our continuing love and prayers for you, his dearly loved family. May the Lord bless and comfort you in very special ways. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18).

Lovingly, in Christ,
(Pastor) Steve and Judy Cranston
