Sending my condolences to the family. Aunt Laverne, as I knew her, was a beautiful person. Her heart would light up a room. She was so sweet to my God babies. I loved seeing her with them. She will be missed so much. Sending my thoughts and prayers.

Laverne and I met in 2nd grade and quickly became best friends. When one thinks back on the embarrassing things one does while growing up, most of mine we done with Laverne! Her parents and siblings always made me feel like a part of their family. Church and Sunday dinners, Twinkies and Cokes after school, and vacations to many wonderful places in the camper! She will always be a part of me, and I will never forget her.
My sincere condolences to Richard, Erin and her grandchildren whom I know she loved so very much. They will miss their grandma. Also to Bob, Barb, Nancy, and Harry - she's gone much too soon. - Love, Patty
